Terms and Conditions 1. General By booking any service with Brenten of All Things Good, you agree to these terms. They apply to all services, including photo sessions, brand shoots, website design, website refreshes, maintenance, consultations, and coaching. 2. Booking and Payment All services require advance booking. Payments are accepted through Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal. • Photo sessions and consultations: a 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due on or before the day of service. • Full Website Design: a 25% deposit starts your project. The balance is due upon completion, before launch. 3. Payment Plans Payment plans are available for Full Website Design only, in 2 or 3 payments. Projects booked at a special or discounted rate are limited to 2 payments. All payments must be complete before your site launches. 4. Deposits Deposits are nonrefundable. They can be applied toward any of my services booked within 12 months. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the total service fee. 6. Late Arrivals If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled. You may reschedule, and your deposit will carry over. 7. If I Cancel If I need to cancel for any reason, you'll receive a full refund, or we can reschedule if you prefer. 8. Weather If rain or severe weather affects an outdoor session, your booking stays good for another date. You may also choose to move indoors to a studio at your cost. Studios typically range from $35 to $80 per hour. 9. Studio Rental Studio fees are not included unless your package says otherwise. 10. Travel Sessions within Hampton Roads have no travel fee. Outside Hampton Roads, travel is $125 per hour of drive time each way. Locations more than 5 hours away require a flight, and travel costs are due in full upfront. 11. Guests on Set You may bring 1 additional person to your session, such as a stylist, makeup artist, or support person. 12. Scope of Services Each package includes what's listed in its description: session length, number of photos, outfit changes, or number of pages. Anything beyond that scope is billed at $150 per hour. I'll always confirm extra charges with you before doing the work. 13. Revisions Revision rounds are included as outlined in my Revision Policy. Feedback must be sent within 14 days of receiving work for review, or the project will pause. 14. Client Responsibilities You're responsible for providing materials needed for your project, such as website text, logos, brand guidelines, and photos, by the dates we agree on. Delays in receiving materials will extend your timeline. For photo sessions, you're responsible for arranging any locations, props, or models, and obtaining any required permissions. 15. Websites and Account Access Websites are built primarily on Wix. Refreshes are available on Wix or Squarespace. Your site lives in your own account, and I'm added as a collaborator. If you need me to manage your site with full admin access, we'll discuss that separately. Every website project includes a tutorial on updating your site yourself. 16. Photo Delivery Photos are delivered through a Lightroom gallery link within 5 to 7 business days. Rush delivery within 1 business day starts at $100. Galleries are available for 6 months, so please download your photos before then. RAW files are not included. 17. Ownership and Usage Rights All deliverables remain my property until full payment is received. Once paid in full: • Brand shoots, websites, and design work: you may use your deliverables for personal and commercial purposes, including your website, social media, marketing, and advertising. • Photography sessions: you may use your photos for personal use and sharing. • Deliverables may not be resold, licensed to others, or entered into contests without my written permission. 18. Portfolio Use I may share images and work from your project on my website, portfolio, and social media. I will not share personal moments or anything not appropriate for public viewing. 19. Liability I'm not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents during any session. You're responsible for making sure your chosen location and setup are safe. 20. Delivery Times Estimated timelines are shared before your project begins. Delays can happen due to project complexity, late feedback, or circumstances outside my control. I'll let you know right away if your timeline changes. 21. Confidentiality Everything you share during consultations and projects stays confidential and won't be disclosed without your consent, unless required by law. 22. Agreement By booking and paying for a service, you confirm you've read and agree to these terms. Terms may be updated at any time, and updated terms will be shared with clients.
